What we do
- Semantic headings, landmarks and link text that make sense out of context.
- Keyboard access to menus, forms, the booking window and the cookie settings, with visible focus.
- Colour contrast checked on key pages with automated tools.
- Animation respects the “reduce motion” setting on your device.
- Forms with labels and clear error messages.
- Images have text alternatives where they carry meaning.
How we check
We run automated accessibility checks (axe-core) on key pages after changes, and review keyboard use and reading order by hand. Automated tools find only part of the issues, so we also fix what people report.
Known limitations
Some older pages and third-party content, such as embedded video or social embeds, may not fully meet the standard yet. We are improving them in stages.
