Day cares & child care · BC and Alberta

Be the centre parents find first.

Parents search, read reviews and ask AI before they ever pick up the phone. We build the visibility, trust and content that fill tour slots for day cares and child care centres in British Columbia and Alberta.

The short answer

What is day care marketing?

Day care marketing helps parents find your centre, trust it and book a tour: a complete Google profile, a clear enrolment website with a tour request form, genuine parent reviews and honest photos taken with proper consent. We built the Little Otters enrolment website in Leduc, Alberta, which went live on 16 October 2026.

The parent journey

How parents actually choose a day care

They decide in a few clicks, and mostly on trust.

Close to home

Most parents start with “day care near me”. Your Google Maps listing decides whether you appear.

Trust at a glance

Recent reviews and real photos answer the question parents are afraid to ask.

Clear answers

Hours, ages, programs, waitlist and how to book a tour, on one fast page.

Ask AI

Parents now ask ChatGPT and Google AI “which day care is best in my area”. We make sure you are in the answer.

The real centre

Photos and short videos of rooms, routines and staff, shot with consent.

Waitlist and tours

Targeted ads for open spots, when you have them.

The ecosystem

What we build for child care centres

One team, one plan.

  1. Google profile and local search

Complete, accurate listing, the right categories, photos and posts, plus pages for the neighbourhoods you serve.

  2. A website that books tours

Fast on a phone, answers the real questions, and puts the tour request one tap away.

  3. Reviews from families

A simple, ethical way to ask happy parents for reviews, and thoughtful replies to every one.

  4. Content that shows the centre

Photography, short video and reels shot in-house, with a consent-first approach to anything involving children.

  5. AI visibility

Structured data, answer-ready FAQs and consistent listings so assistants describe your centre correctly.

Proof

Our child care experience

We already work with day cares in two provinces. Here is what we have built, and we only state what we can verify.

  • Yale Day Care, Chilliwack, BC: a 10-reel content and script package designed to book tours, plus ongoing SEO and regular content across social platforms.
  • Little Otters Daycare, Leduc, AB: a 15-year-old centre with no prior marketing or social accounts. We built its full ecosystem: website, social accounts, content and more.
  • Little Bears Day Care, Leduc, AB: the sister centre to Little Otters (same owner), with the same ecosystem build.

Doing it responsiblyImages of children are used only with written parental consent. We display licensing information accurately, avoid claims about outcomes or curriculum that a centre cannot back up, and protect families’ privacy. The centre always has the final say.
Case study

An enrolment website for a Leduc daycare.

Little Otters Daycare is a licensed daycare and out-of-school care centre in Leduc, Alberta, for infants to 12-year-olds. We built its enrolment website, which went live on 16 October 2026. The site is new, so there are no traffic or enquiry numbers to report yet. We will add them when we have real data.

What the site does for parents:

  • Tour and availability enquiry forms built around the child’s date of birth and program.
  • A funding estimator that explains which Alberta funding applies to a family.
  • A virtual tour of the centre, before anyone visits.
  • Parent resources with printable checklists, including a 20-question daycare tour checklist.
  • A private enrolment desk for the centre’s staff, behind a login: tour requests and availability checks land in one place, with a pipeline from enquiry to enrolled, a tour calendar and a waitlist by program.
  • Reels and photography made for the centre alongside the website.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Parents search for child care nearby, compare Google reviews and photos, check a website for hours, ages and policies, and often ask an AI assistant. A complete Google Business Profile, a clear website with an easy tour request, recent reviews and real photos of the centre turn those searches into tours.

Only with written parental consent, and by default we shoot in ways that do not identify children: hands, activities, spaces and staff. The decision always stays with the centre and the families.
